heArts is the intuitive, innate energy which permeates all. The Universal energies we’re all connected to and can use as a guide to steer us. It is the guiding inner light of our Soul which loves unconditionally. The guiding Universal light which we’re an expression of.
Whatever form creative expression takes, it is this light made manifest.
heArts refers to the practice of creativity. Sacred art, intuitive expression, co-created with Spirit.
Maybe the sacred things don’t come to shake your world. Maybe they come to remind you how to sit still in it.
Wise Elders, Ancestors and Guides
It is widely recognised a shamanic practitioner works closely with Helping Spirits.
The many different aspects of shamanic work can have different Guides for different purposes. They give guidance, support and protection. Can be called on to assist and are with us every step of our earthly journey. Through the ups and the downs.
Helping Spirits come in many forms, Wise Elders, Ancestors, Animal Guides, Angels, Star Beings, Light Beings, Elementals, Nature Spirits. The possibilities are endless. But importantly, all assist from a place of interconnectedness, none judgement and the highest, loving intention.
